The Role: This Marketing Director position has arisen within a business who are looking for someone to lead a marketing evolution. Marketing has historically been a reactive, sales support function and the objective for this role is to support business revenue and growth through proactive demand generation. The Marketing Director role will require someone to grow the internal marketing resource, and manage and develop that resource to achieve company goals. The successful candidate will understand marketing methodologies (Sirius Decisions, Gartner etc), have created and forged relationships with sales to define a lead generation funnel, and worked in an international senior level marketing position. The company have invested in Salesforce and Eloqua but need someone comfortable with utilising and rolling out these tools (or similar) in a commercial B2B environment. The successful candidate will be very comfortable in managing stakeholder relationships, building leading marketing strategies, and show proven experience of bringing sales and marketing teams together.

This role is focused on the EMEA region and will support countries including UK, France, Germany, Italy, Spain and Greece. The company are going through some changes and require someone who wants a challenge and an opportunity to put their stamp on it.
