Now that's a bold ambition, but to date the business has experienced consistent double digital growth year on year, which has been achieved just through the networks of the company's Consultants.
This will be a 'build' role. One responsible for establishing the marketing strategy for the firm and seeing out its execution. It's also important to realise, currently, there's very limited marketing capability in the business. So, although they need a heavyweight in the boardroom, they also need someone comfortable with a role that's going to have a lot of execution and operational delivery within its remit too.
You will be reporting directly to the Founders and Managing Partners, giving rise to rapid decision making and very little red-tape. This will certainly help with driving action and achieving the kind of returns the business is looking for from your marketing engine.
This is expected to become a multi-channels programme to drive both brand equity measures and build reputation as a thought leader in a competitive market place dominated by a small number of well-known organisations.
The key here is for you to successfully achieve cut through and get the company's brand elevated to successfully compete vs the incumbents. Presenting something different and engaging, with the ambition to take market share and help the firm succeed in its growth ambitions.
