As the Marketing Director, Trauma Portfolio Management, you will be responsible for leading and developing compelling marketing plans for the existing trauma portfolio, strategically supporting technical/clinical expertise, and ensuring commercial execution to drive above market growth. In this role you will develop, lead, and ensure execution of marketing plans to meet future needs and expectations. Manage and coordinate critical processes related to BP, Marketing Plan, Portfolio Management and Development, Market Research, New Product Launches, Business Performance tracking and multi-channel marketing.

Responsibilities

Demonstrate the ability to lead and develop a team delivering the following competencies to Brand and Portfolio Marketing:

Plan and build a differentiated and clearly positioned brand that engages loyal customers and grows platform above market rate

*
Identify customer insights and market trends, including relationships with customers and influencers that enhance delivery of marketing strategy and business results

*
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans to effectively achieve business goals

*
Manage brands compliantly and with financial acumen through the application of appropriate rules, guidelines and financial principals

*
Translate key stakeholder insights into strategies that meet category business needs to deliver long-term profitable growth

*
Understand clinical data needs for platform and work cross-functionally to plan accordingly

*
Successfully lead and develop team to further develop needed marketing competencies

*
Gather appropriate customer insights then translate into compelling collateral, key selling messages and/or objection handling guides

*
Frame a story and align others to a business building outcome

Extended duties

*
Total product portfolio and the market development areas of the group, additional responsibilities for one key opportunity

Support Country Business Unit Leaders

*
Marketing project responsibility and responsibility for cross-franchise projects

*
Strong market insights and understanding: KOL management for the area of competency

*
Initiate and manage strategic collaborations with partner companies and with internal business partners

*
Manage VOC's and Advisory Panels

*
Partner with Sales Force Training/Education Solutions to set the targets and review training levels

*
Lead Strategic Business Planning

*
Strategic direction for the group

*
Team Leadership and Development

Qualifications

*
10-12 years of previous marketing and/or sales experience in a Healthcare Company

*
MBA preferred

*
Previous sales & marketing experience preferred

*
Experience of managing and developing people

*
