About the role:
As a Marketing Executive you’ll be responsible for a range of activities which deepen our client's understanding of the impact of their marketing activity. This will involve analysing data and evaluating marketing activity across a variety of channels. You will also support on their customer research programme and are also responsible for supporting customers of and marketing Shares magazine.
- Analyse data from a variety of sources to evaluate the success of marketing campaigns and greater understand customer behaviour - Support the delivery of the AJBYI evaluation and research strategy - Help plan and administer customer surveys and analyse results - Help organise customer focus groups and act as customer point of contact - Evaluate marketing activity and communicate insights - Acting as point of contact when Marketing manager unavailable - Analysis of customer feedback and complaints - Data analysis - Review and monitor customer feedback via external sources (e.g. Feefo and Trustpilot) - Review and analyse customer behaviour on the website - Load content on the company's website - Run marketing campaigns for Shares magazine as required - Run Shares magazine social media - Support marketing and development of Shares website and app - Provide email and other support as required for Shares magazine customers - Act as liaison for awards submissions and organise attendance at awards events - Represent team at customer events and help with organisation, working with events team - Monitor competitors and carry out analysis as required - Assist the Marketing Manager and other members of the marketing team as required
- Have an interest in financial services marketing - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Numerate, analytical and have strong attention to detail skills, including the ability to manipulate data - Ability to organise, prioritise and meet deadlines - Be creative and able to think outside the box - Have some marketing experience - It would be preferable if you are educated to degree level or equivalent
