Our client was established in the Cotswolds in the 1920s and they are a true family business with five generations of baking experience. They are now bringing up the sixth generation of aspiring bakers. They believe that handmade bread should be available to everyone. At their bakery in Chipping Sodbury their expert team of bakers produce an exceptional range of high-quality breads, pastries and confectionery. They have a thriving wholesale business and six shops, four based in the Cotswolds and two in Bristol.
Position: Marketing Executive

Hours: 40 hours per week
Salary: £24-£28k dependent on experience

About the role:
The Marketing Executive is responsible for leading first class marketing campaigns across multiple platforms to their B2B and B2C audiences to support their growing business. You will need to be able to interrogate their consumer insight and market information to help create tactical integrated campaigns to an agreed budget with a measurable ROI.
Part of the role will also be to help strengthen our clients brand through further embedding their mission and values both internally and externally. You will be part of a small marketing team working to ensure that the customer is brought to the centre of all that our client does.
You will also be expected to continue to build the strong relationships that they have with all stakeholders and help bring a family feel to their communities. Via the Marketing Director, you will have input into the marketing strategy that is used to steer our client.
The successful candidate will be a great team player with a creative attitude, good eye for detail and excellent communication skills. You will also have a proven record of success and knowledge in consumer goods’ marketing, ideally in the food industry.
You will also demonstrate a high level of commercial awareness, excellent organisational skills and solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
