Our client is a fast growing consumer services business with an international footprint and market leading brands in each of the categories they operate in. An exciting new Marketing Executive role has been created to support the small but hugely talented marketing team. This is a fantastic learning opportunity for someone to work across a wide and varied set of marketing channels in a business that is investing in marketing and ATL spend!

Working alongside the Consumer Marketing Manager and Head of Marketing you will be responsible for delivering meaningful content and creative new campaign ideas for social, print, online and more! As a key member of a small marketing team you will be well supported in your personal development and you will find that your ideas are listened to and valued!

Key responsibilities:

Content Marketing / SEO

  • Generating content, themes & ideas for the blog, including keyword analysis
  • Managing blogger outreach/ link building programmes
  • Managing the content of websites in line with annual SEO plans
  • Becoming the 'voice of the brand' making sure all communication is executed to brand guidelines
  • Assist with creating and distribution of PR and news stories that will help build brand
  • Managing social media channels with fresh, innovative content to build brand awareness
  • Manage email marketing content and strategy
  • Management of 'content calendar' to ensure appropriate messaging is distributed seasonally

Agency Management

  • Liaise with design houses to achieve impactful new creatives.
  • Work with media agencies on our TV, SEO and PPC strategies
  • Team up with Paid Social agency to deliver multi-channel engagement campaigns, which deliver ROI.

Analytics and Reporting

  • Completing End of Campaign reports and analysing the reports from agencies to aid informed decision making for future activity.
  • Review live campaigns in real time and make necessary changes to improve performance.
  • Make informed, data driven pitches for new campaign ideas.

The ideal candidate will be of graduate calibre, ideally with a business or marketing related degree or at least 12 months marketing experience in a comparable role. You will be an expert at Social Media with excellent copy writing and content creation skills. You will be results focused with the ability to measure the effectiveness of campaigns via data and analytics. You will have some experience in SEO and PPC and having some experience of using Google Analytics, CMS, Social Analytics and Hootsuit would be an advantage.
