The Product Marketing Executive / Product Manager will be the custodian of the product range and deliver support to position, develop and promote both products and services internally and externally. The successful candidate will work effectively with various teams to maximise revenue potential across the business.
Duties for the role include:
Taking the lead to develop competitor and market insight/trends information to enable the sales team to target relevant sales
Managing the data flows regarding product and sector performance and potential opportunities
Developing the customer insight research and create strategic plans
Researching and testing market New Product Development and develop product launch support / plans
Translating technical details into Unique Selling Points for use by sales teams and customers
Defining and delivering the optimum support across key media (literature, website, email and social)
Taking the lead to develop a promotional calendar to drive the company's products and services
Be the first point of contact as product marketing expert in the marketing team, ensuring understanding and consistency of message
Managing all relevant agency relationships to deliver effective results
Ensuring the wider commercial teams understand the plan, are engaged and strong communication is in place
We're looking for an individual with at least 3 years product marketing experience in a role where you have gained experience of analysing and reporting on product performance, market and competitor research and analysis, and a proven track record delivering new products to market.
