Are you fed up of being in a mundane role, where everyday is exactly the same? If so this role might peak your interest. I'm currently recruiting for a Marketing Executive to join an innovative and commercial retailer based within a close commute of Leeds, Wakefield and Harrogate.

This is an exciting opportunity that has come about simply due to growth, this company have come on leaps and bounds over the past couple of months and really aren't showing any signs of slowing down!!

Working as the Marketing Executive for this company no two days will ever be the same, your role will be wide and varied encompassing, but definitely not limited to: creative content production management, branding, CRM and email marketing, reporting and analytics and insight.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in all areas of reporting using Google Analytics, CRM and ESP reporting
  • Understand and deliver the customer segmentation strategy
  • Work with various different members of the team to ensure that the visual brand and tone of voice are consistent across all the online and offline marketing channels
  • Assist the line manager with retention targets through CRM activation both digitally and offline

The Person:

As the Marketing Executive he or she will need to be a pre-emptive, self-starter who is able to use their own initiative. You will be a hands-on- do-er who will actively ensure that you are being an advocate for the customer throughout the business to make sure that every campaign you implement will add value to them.

Experience:

  • Must have CRM experience - Email marketing, Marketing Automation, Customer Lifecycle
  • Experience with marketing automation - Dotdigital, Mailchimp, Ometria
  • Understanding and working knowledge of Google Analytics
  • Good understanding of email marketing best practice including deliverability and the various different factors that may affect it
  • Must be an analytical thinker with fantastic numerical skills with a proven track record of data-driven decision- making
  • You will need to have a creative flair developing punchy copy and visuals
