Marketing Executive

We are looking for an experienced Marketing Executive, to join our growing marketing department here at Elevation recruitment. One of Yorkshire fastest growing independent recruitment firms, we have grown to over 70 employees and have grown year on year across 7 core brands.

Reporting into the Head of Marketing the marketing executive will provide marketing support to one of our specialist recruitment divisions, driving candidate acquisition and client growth, as well as offering dedicated marketing support to the Group.

Working with the other Marketing Executives and Designers, you will plan and manage all areas of implementation and delivery of the marketing mix, in particular social media, content creation, email marketing, PR, online, promotions and events.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

*Develop an in depth understanding of your divisional market, who our customers are and keeping up to date and reporting back on industry trends and competitive news
*Working with the Head of Marketing to develop and manage the divisional marketing plan, recommending tactics that promote lead generation, candidate acquisition and client growth, as well as supporting the internal marketing plan
*Managing project budgets and reporting into senior team members on ROI of all activities
*Co-ordinate the production of all marketing collateral for the division including brochures, case studies, event materials, s-shots, social media assets etc.
*Manage website content, creating new pages, writing news stories and blogs
*Create and maintain email marketing campaigns for both candidates and clients
*Utilise social media platforms to gain maximum exposure including, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter and Instagram to promote the divisions service and build brand awareness
*Interpret and respond to market intel through analysis
*Manage external agencies where applicable
*Organise, coordinate and attend events
*Draft press releases and liaise with external media. Create internal and external comms which are proactive, consistent, timely and informative
*Responsible for the governance on GDPR in relevant brand areas
*Prepare proposals and timing plans

REQUIREMENTS:

*Recent relevant marketing experience with a marketing qualification / degree
*Proven track record of delivering successful marketing activities across the full marketing mix
*Strong content writing skills, with demonstrated experience of delivering compelling content across social media, blogs, articles and PR
*Strong experience working on fast turnaround marketing activities
*Experience of social media management, in particular LinkedIn, Facebook and Instagram
*Event management experience
*Strong IT skills with good knowledge of analysis tools (Google and Social)
*CRM experience would be beneficial and CMS experience would be highly advantageous
*Impeccable attention to detail
*Excellent communication/presentation skills and confident manner
*A proactive, driven and hands-on approach
*Passion for and strong knowledge of all things digital
