Are you an experienced marketing professional looking to advance your career?

Due to our plans for business expansion, we are looking to take onboard creative and determined marketing specialists who will support and drive the rest of the marketing team to create promotions and enhance our online presence for our wide range of products, and further exceed our growing influence within the industry.

You will be reporting to the Sales director and maintain close interaction with the marketing and sales teams, while also collaborating with other business functions.

Key Duties:

  • Plan advertising campaigns, including which media to advertise in, such as radio, television, print, online media, and billboards
  • Plan and prepare advertising and promotional material to increase sales of products or services, working with customers, company officials, sales departments, and advertising agencies
  • Initiate market research studies and analyse their findings to understand customer and market opportunities for businesses
  • Provides fact-checking, copy-editing, and formatting assistance during the creation of mailers, coupons, website content, and other promotional materials
  • Provide presentation and product demonstration support during the introduction of new products and services to field staff as well as office-based staff and customers
  • Monitor and analyse sales promotion results to determine the cost-effectiveness of promotion campaigns
  • Managing and updating information, copywriting and engaging with users on social media sites such as Twitter, Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn
  • Identifying new opportunities for brands
  • Developing and maintaining communications and influencing calendar
  • Heavily involved in new product development
  • Develop and execute online and email marketing programmes
  • Works under the direction of the direct manager to help reach the company's marketing goals and objectives
  • Enters marketing data into spreadsheets and helps to create data and financial reports for marketing managers and directors
  • Organises and plans the production of all major marketing materials by working closely with printers, sponsors, and other involved parties
  • Helps to plan promotional events hosted by the company's marketing department

About you:

  • Ideally you will have 2-4 years of experience working in Public Relations, Brand Management, Marketing or Communications
  • A strong track record of writing, designing and coordinating content across a range of different channels
  • Proficient in Adobe and editing software
  • Suitable experience with Sked Social or similar programmes
  • Product/category management experience
  • Evaluate marketing campaigns, look at current climate and competition
  • Strong copy-writing abilities would be advantageous
  • Creative thinker and problem solver
  • Ability to multi task various projects simultaneously
  • Thorough understanding of all social channels
