As Marketing Executive (Loyalty and Retention) you will be responsible for managing, developing and executing all customer activation and retention strategies, including the Cass Art Rewards and Student loyalty programmes. Working with the Customer Engagement team you will be creating and continuously reviewing CRM strategies which drive lead conversion, customer retention and loyalty, and overall growth of the business.
With three years’ experience of CRM and data marketing in a B2C retail environment, you will have a strong background in creating and managing re-engagement and retention strategies. Practical hands-on approach to working in a fast-paced retail environment
Key to success in this role will be a combination of strong analytical skills and creative flair to create relevant and engaging campaigns to drive customer loyalty at Cass Art.
