Are you looking to use data to influence marketing strategy to retain and attract critical global talent? The Worldwide Operations Talent Acquisition (TA) Marketing team is seeking a dynamic Marketing General Manager who will join a global team of employer brand marketers responsible for attracting and engaging top talent. This person will create and implement the marketing strategies, managing and optimizing campaigns for recruitment marketing across NA and EMEA. This person will apply their process management skills, liaison with creative agencies, and own and report on the lifecycle of each campaign to TA and business Leaders.
In this role you will partner with a team of Employer Brand marketers, PR specialists and recruiters to highlight the array of career opportunities in WW Operations to increase the diversity of our candidate pipeline. You will engage candidates by highlighting authentic employee stories and communicate unique employee backgrounds and perspectives that will resonate our unique brand across candidate touchpoints. You will be responsible for creating and implementing a plan working backwards from market intelligence and demand targets to effectively engage candidates by featuring the wide array of career opportunities in Operations.
Successful candidates will have experience designing and delivering innovative marketing campaigns, assessing performance, and communicating results. Driving meaningful results that ultimately impact our customers should be both your passion and obsession.

Responsibilities:
· Develop and monitor global marketing campaigns to fuel the candidates funnel, utilizing online paid channels (Social, Display), owned channels (Emails campaign, Amazon.jobs and Social Media) and offline channels.
· Support the brand tools creation aligned to the Employer Value Proposition and the Employer Brand
· Coordinate multiples internal stakeholders like Finance, PR, HR and Recruiting as well as external stakeholders like creative agencies and media partners
· Optimize the creatives test leveraging both AB and multi-armed bandit test methods
· Think Big and propose new marketing strategies based on candidates insights, needs and pain points

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

· Bachelor or Master's degree required in Marketing or HR related field
· Strong experience in Campaign Management/Demand Generation, Content Marketing, marketing communications, product marketing or channel marketing
· Excellent communication skills in English with outstanding verbal and written communication abilities
· Organized, analytical, detailed oriented, and data driven
· Ability to multi-tasks, remain flexible and adaptable

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

· Outstanding influencing, matrix management and partner management skills necessary to build strong relationships
· A good understanding of recruitment process & strong interest of the candidate experience
· Expert knowledge in the common Microsoft Office programs as well as knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite programs and Adobe Analytics.
· Experienced with tools such as Facebook business, LinkedIn marketing solutions, Google search
· Experienced in project management
· Willingness to travel (Mainly EU and NA)
