Our client is a top 5 household brand name within its category. The business is proud of their ‘quality’ brand and approach to the market. The marketing team is led by an ex FMCG marketer with classical brand marketing training and experience, who has developed and inspired a high performing marketing team.
There is currently a need for two senior level Marketing Managers to join the team.
You will be running an area of the business and have ownership and responsibility for the overall Marketing plan. You will lead your own research projects, using insight to drive your strategy and work closely with internal teams to deliver a calendar of marketing activity. You will deliver expert advice on modern marketing techniques and how they drive value for the business.
These are high profile roles where you will have regular dealings with senior management and other senior stakeholders, internally and externally.
You will have the opportunity to engage and grow the brand under the backdrop of a strong and stable company. You will have classical marketing training from a blue chip consumer brands business, ideally FMCG, as well as some understanding of b2b, insurance or financial services marketing. You will know what excellent marketing looks like and how to inspire the people around you to deliver it.
You will be able to demonstrate experience of growing brands and delivering compelling and commercially successful marketing campaigns. It is vital you are able to educate and influence stakeholders at the highest level and secure marketing resources and budget to deliver compelling solutions You will be highly experienced in influencing stakeholders and expert in leading cross functional project teams.
You can demonstrate customer centric thinking and be an astute brief writer to deliver measurable results.
You will have a can do, fast paced attitude to leverage all the capabilities that marketing has to strategic business problems.
