Sky Business is the business-to-business division of Sky, Europe's leading entertainment company. This role reports into the Marketing Controller of Sky Business, who manages a team of Marketing Managers and Marketing Executives that look after the marketing strategy, planning and delivery for all business sectors. This role is responsible for developing the marketing strategy across our new Connectivity Business, leading the execution of a marketing plan to promote the brand and product portfolio to Sky’s partner base and customers.
-Manage the development and delivery of a 360 marketing plan across both offline and online channels to drive awareness of, and demand for Sky’s new Wholesale (indirect) and Retail (direct) Connectivity product portfolio including Ethernet, Broadband & Talk and WiFi
-Develop joint marketing plans in collaboration with Partner marketing teams including co-branded marketing collateral, presentations, brochures, outbound and events
-Work closely with our Sale teams to provide marketing collateral and support tools (e.g. presentations, brochures, on-boarding training guides) as well as ensuring marketing and sales are aligned across the product portfolio
-Manage Sky presence at industry events – identifying opportunities and creating collateral to support activity
-Create and maintain quarterly and annual activity calendars including joint partner initiatives, ensuring accurate performance reporting against each activity
-Define campaign objectives and monitor the effectiveness to ensure delivery on budget, providing regular marketing performance reporting, ongoing recommendations and full campaign analysis
-Maintain, protect and develop a clear and consistent identity for the Sky brand, and the brands specific to Sky Business across the Connectivity function and with our customers
-Develop and maintain strong working relationships with all parties that will influence Sky Business marketing performance such as internal departments, agencies and key Partners
-Minimum of 5yrs marketing experience
-Demonstrable experience leading direct marketing activity across a number of -Offline & online channels gained within a wholesale or indirect channel environment
-Proven B2B marketing experience preferably within the wholesale andor retail telecommunications sectors
-Comfortable & experienced managing large budgets with complete autonomy.
-A proficient knowledge of Marketing focused KPI’s i.e. YoY growth, CPA & CPL etc
-Proven track record of developing & utilising offer toolkits, retention strategies, sales support tools and commercially sound business cases
-Able to manage and influence internal and external stakeholders across a number of different levels
-Experience in developing collaborative partner marketing plans
-A sound understanding of the B2B Connectivity market across direct and indirect route to market
-Experience of working with Network operators, comms providers andor Channel Partners
-Ownership and management of channel marketing funds
