Marketing Manager - FMCG
12 Month Fixed Term Contract
As Marketing Manager you will be responsible for shaping and owning the global category vision for the enhanced water category.
Water Plus is one of the fastest growing sub categories in soft Drinks and of high strategic importance to Britvic PLC, with focus across UK, France and Ireland the role includes global comms development and innovation across brands such as Drench, Robinsons Refresh'd (No.1 soft drinks launch in 2017) and Aqua Libra, Aqua Libra is our newest member of the Water plus portfolio and is creating quite a buzz.
This role will set the vision and ambition for execution and growth within the category by defining the market opportunity and setting out a category roadmap and framework to create and capture value in existing and new markets. The role holder will also provide thought leadership and expertise to business units as they develop their local plans.

OWN THE BRAND FOR CATEGORY:
ESTABLISH AND DEVELOP THE INNOVATION PIPELINE FOR THE CATEGORY
SUPERIOR PRODUCT PERFORMANCE:
Knowledge Skills & Experience Required:
Experience of brand marketing at an International level is desirable.
Experience of direct P&L responsibility for brands is essential.
Experience of using consumer insight to shape category strategy, vision and framework .
A proven track record in global brand or global category management is essential.
A proven track record in innovation is essential.
Excellent stakeholder management skills – demonstrated ability of building commitment to processes and policies and build networks across business are essential.
Previous FMCG experience is preferred.
