We are excited to be recruiting on a retained basis for this vibrant and exciting ecommerce company.
Established nearly 20 years ago they have secured their place as the number one ecommerce company in their respective field. The products they offer are bespoke items of the highest quality and are regularly featured in well recognised media content including the likes of Vogue and GQ.
They are heavily invested in their future and this Marketing Manager vacancy is a vital progression step in their plans to further dominate the market. Being an ecommerce company, this role is predominantly digital and encompasses the breadth of the digital marketing mix from SEO and PPC, through social media, bloggers and influencers, as well as email and CRM. You will ideally have 5+ years' experience in a digital centric role and be adept in creating and implementing strategy from scratch, before then using background analytics to shape and develop your plan as you progress. This role will have up to 2 direct reports, so leadership skills are essential.
Using all the strings to your digital bow, the goal is to increase brand awareness and drive the business revenue through both new and returning customers. You will ensure optimisation of SEO/SEM keywords search across search engines with a view to being number 1 on the listings, implement a targeted Paid Search campaign driving conversion, create an engaging social media calendar specific to each of the platforms, implement tailored email campaigns designed to welcome; onboard; retain, work with 3rd party bloggers and influencers and develop exciting website content including how to guides and product videos.
The scope for this role is very exciting. We are looking for candidates keen to progress, who are passionate and energetic. Due to the location of the offices, this role is commutable from most of Cambridgeshire including Cambridge, Huntingdon, St Neots, St Ives, Bedford, Ely and Newmarket.
