Marketing Manager - With a background in consumer Product, Brand or Category Marketing you’ll be working with some of the markets most compelling products and a true global brand, working with major Retailers, Trade Accounts, and Wholesalers / Distributors across the UK.
BASIC: c£30,000 - £40,000 depending on experience
REQUIREMENTS: Brand Marketing Manager - Product / Category / Brand / Retail
Ideally you will have experience of driving marketing campaigns through a range of different trade channels and could come from any Branded market including DIY, FMCG, consumables, automotive, sport or accessories backgrounds. Most important is your ability to plan, deliver and achieve. This role sits within a small, dedicated team which are action orientated and where your efforts will be clearly visible, with everyone supporting each other to achieve the same common business goals.
The ideal candidate will be operating successfully in a marketing position as a Brand Manager, Marketing Manager, Senior Product Manager or Category Marketing Manager and have experience of driving digital marketing campaigns. You must be highly numerate and creative with an ability to influence at all levels and above all the willingness to take the lead.

As Marketing & Digital manager you will take responsibility for your own Products, Brands and Category Management into the major Retailers, Independent and wholesale customers.
Key duties include:
·Developing and executing marketing strategies through a range of distributional and sales channels including Major Retailers, Trade accounts, Wholesale and Online
·Implementing the full marketing mix across the Categories, Products, Brands and all promotional activities through all channels.
·Part of a team developing a industry leading brochure.
·Be responsible to choosing and developing new ranges.
·Measuring marketing activities effectiveness and evaluate campaigns to ensure objectives and ROI are met.
·Work closely with the sales teams and other internal departments.
·Online & Digital, Advertising, Promotions, Sponsorship, PR, Online, sampling, Literature and building internal and external relationships all come under your remit as this is a true “Hands On” Marketing Managers role.
