Marketing Manager

New and Lingwood

We are looking for a Marketing Manager to help drive the upward growth of New & Lingwood one of the UK's premium men’s fashion brands. 

New & Lingwood creates collections of clothes for men that are elegant, forward thinking and that channel an essential hint of sartorial flair that makes their clothes unique. It is one of the tailors to Eton College and currently has physical locations in London, Eton and New York and has developing Ecommerce and Wholesale businesses.

The new position of Marketing Manager will be based in New & Lingwood’s offices in Jermyn Street London but report to the company’s owners in New York. They will create, manage and implement marketing and advertising campaigns across all channels in line with company strategy, marketing budgets and brand guidelines. 

To successfully meet the demands of this developing role you will have great experience of digital marketing both yourself personally and in directing marketing agency support, you will have experience with press advertising, campaigns and liaising with Public Relations agencies and you will have strong experience of working with and preferably implementing CRM systems. 

Main Responsibilities include:

  • To create, manage and implement marketing and advertising campaigns across all channels.
  • To be responsible for reporting results from all marketing channels including print, social media and email as well as recommending opportunities for improvement.
  • Lead the Implementation of a CRM system in line with the company’s strategic plan.
  • With the web team set up A/B tests to monitor and improve user experience across all devices and storefronts
  • Develop and deliver engaging content and strong promotional offers in line with the marketing calendar alongside the Ecommerce Manager and agency support.
  • Organise marketing and campaign photography keeping all departments informed of actions and deadlines
  • Be the manager and main point of contact for all external PR, Design and Digital agencies.

To succeed in this role, you should have a strong interest in and understanding of men’s luxury fashion and brand retailing and be looking for a role where you can develop your career growing with the business as it follows its ambitious development plans across the world both via its online store and future physical locations in key markets.
