Marketing Manager, Bury St Edmunds -
Here at Brand, we are pleased to be working with a leading independent educational organisation who are currently looking for a Marketing Manager to join their vivacious and dedicated team. You will need to have at least 3 years' experience within marketing, and be innovative and commercially-minded, with plenty of ideas to bring to the table.
Reporting to the Head of Marketing, as Marketing Manager, you will fully immerse yourself in the culture of the school - continually on the lookout for new opportunities to boost digital presence and increase engagement through social channels. You will also be creating a wide range of collateral for both regional and international purposes, working closely with the global recruitment manager; organising and attending crucial recruitment events - representing the organisation and services in a bid to boost admissions; and further down the line, successful management and development of a Marketing Assistant.
Due to the requirements of this role, you will need to be adept in the efficacious growth and development of business social media accounts - creating and scheduling eye-catching posts that are relevant to current school life; as well as being proficient in Adobe InDesign and email marketing platforms to enable the successful creation and deployment of a variety of campaigns. You will also need to be able to work autonomously and collaboratively with your fellow team members, and be degree-educated within a relevant subject.
