Marketing Manager

Type of role: full time permanent

Location: London

Hours: 09:00-17:30

Holidays: 25 days

Overall purpose of the job:

* Design, deliver and execute the Exponential-e marketing plan within budget

* Develop integrated marketing campaigns within specified budgets for demand and lead generation

* Communicate the company message and brand values to both internal and external stakeholders in keeping with the overall corporate marketing strategy

Key responsibilities for this job:

* Design, creation and execution of integrated marketing campaigns utilising a range of marketing tools including direct mail, adverts, online content and e-shots

* Organise (and take ownership for) regular events as part of the programme, ensuring that relevant customer stakeholders attend

* Support our social media presence – Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn & Google+

* Development of appropriate marketing materials with clear and relevant messages

* Content creation to be used across marketing, website / datasheets / e-shots / social comments / case studies etc

* Manage the budget and the end to end process of executing marketing programmes, collaborating with internal sales and marketing stakeholders and where required external support

* Provide management reporting and statistics on all marketing activities including reporting on campaign ROI, demonstrating links between investment and return

* Work closely with Sales Operations to ensure successful execution and reporting of campaigns

* Work closely with the sales teams to develop sales enablement tools and drive demand generation

* Ensure Salesforce CRM is up to date pre, during and post campaign

* Liaise effectively with a range of 3rd party suppliers including PR and design agencies

* Competitive analysis, market monitoring and measurement

Knowledge and experience required:

* Experience working within a B2B Marketing environment; preferably in the IT, Telecoms, Cloud or technology space

* End to end marketing campaign management skills with a strong focus on the ROI

* Experience of managing others - to deliver challenging projects to fruition

* Experience of copy writing and creating marketing materials for email, digital and online marketing campaigns

* Ability and gravitas to influence internal stakeholders to deliver the customer marketing programme required.

* Highly motivated and proactive

* Strong creative skills and an impeccable eye for detail.

* Excellent interpersonal, negotiation and influencing skills
