You will:

You will be responsible for
providing insight to answer broad strategic questions and to inform and improve
marketing activity. You will have responsibility for agreeing target audiences for
above the line campaigns and reporting on the performance of campaigns,
ensuring we are on track and delivering in line with our annual KPI targets.

In this role you will need to
work closely with colleagues within Cu Content Marketing teams, Media planning,
IDS, and commercial teams to evaluate and continually improve both the
targeting and effectiveness of campaigns and marketing activity.

Key areas of responsibility for this role include:

-Providing insight to answer
broad strategic questions, or build business cases, as well as working with the
wider team on strategic projects.

-Analysis and reporting of strategic Content KPIs (Intention
to watch, ITS, ITP and ITU as well as brand statements) identifying trends and
how we are performing vs plan.

-Fully integrated
into Milestone process, setting KPIs and targets bespoke to each campaign and
ensuring these can be reported on and measured.

target audiences to inform media choices and box set opportunities

-Post campaign
analysis to report on how campaigns have delivered against KPIs and make
recommendations for future campaigns

research and other IDS insight is shared with the wider team and fed into
campaign planning andor media choices as appropriate.

-Work closely
with other areas of the business such as PR, content engagement and social
teams to share audience and campaign insights.

You’ll have:

data analysis skills with the ability to interpret and share IDS insight

to distil customer insight and performance data into clear and actionable plans

in the TV or entertainment industry, preferably but not necessarily in a
marketing role

depth understanding of campaigns or media planning would be beneficial
