Elevation Recruitment, Marketing Division, are currently recruiting for a Marketing Manager (4 month contract) based in York, North Yorkshire.

We're looking for a contracting Marketing Manager to join a rapidly growing business based in York.

This project is based on a 4 month contract and will be starting in April 2019.

Reporting to the Marketing Director, you will support multiple sites across the UK by delivering local marketing activity and actively managing the client reminder system.

This is a hands-on role, working with and supporting the operations and marketing team to respond to the immediate local practice marketing needs. Key activity will include developing and implementing an effective client communications plan, managing the client reminder system and delivering local activity across the full marketing mix to support business plans.

For this position, you should be comfortable working with a team and have a collaborative working style, demonstrate excellent attention to detail and be well organised.

You will need to have a strong understanding of full mix marketing, especially digital marketing. One of the main projects for this role will have involvement in rolling out the new website to various sites.

*Liaising and networking with a range of stakeholders including clients, colleagues, suppliers and partner organisations
*Day to day management of the client reminder system, monitoring and reporting on effectiveness and identifying and actioning opportunities for improvement
*Communicating with stakeholders and managing multi-site relationships
*Managing the production of marketing materials for multi-sites, including leaflets, posters, flyers, newsletters, e-newsletters
*Identify marketing and advertising opportunities for local marketing
*Writing and proofreading copy
*Liaising with designers, printers and agencies
*Organising photo shoots if necessary
*Arranging the effective distribution of marketing materials to practices
*Organising and attending events such as conferences, seminars, receptions and exhibitions as required
*Conducting market research, for example using customer questionnaires and focus groups
*Contributing to, and developing, marketing plans and strategies
*Managing budgets
*Evaluating marketing campaigns
*Monitoring competitor activity
*Supporting the marketing director and other colleagues

Please note: We are looking for candidates who are looking for a contract position (4 months) who can easily commute to York, North Yorkshire. The salary level is between £27,000 and £30,000 as a day rate equivalent.
