Marketing Manager, Sevenoaks -

Superb opportunity for a management level marketer with previous experience within the property sector. This is a key requirement that would suit a commercially minded, strategic, yet tactical, marketing generalist to join the marketing function of a highly respected property business based at their Sevenoaks site.
With responsibility for maintaining the integrity and image of the company brand, the marketing manager will be responsible for managing two direct reports and ensure that the team produce, implement and manage marketing campaigns and marketing material, ensuring that sufficient enquiries are created in order to hit company sales targets.
This is a fast paced and diverse role requiring a broad range of skills across several key areas.
You will be required to prepare a marketing strategy for each individual project, work closely with relevant external agencies to provide marketing material that will cover every element of the marketing mix, work with the in-house digital team in order to prepare relevant digital activity for each project, liaise with media buying agency to ensure all media opportunities explored, as well as brief advertising campaigns to relevant external agencies.
You will be providing a flow of information for the creative agency to use when putting together brand identity, marketing campaigns and marketing material, including brochures and models. You will need to ensure that all marketing campaigns are consistent and promoted through all elements of the marketing mix, including press advertising, digital marketing activity including websites and email campaigns, graphics, mail outs and on-site events.
This role requires extensive project management and stakeholder management. As well as building key relationships within your immediate marketing team and external agencies, you will also be communicating regularly with other key stakeholders within the wider business in order to ensure that projects are managed properly and run smoothly.
In addition to your property background you will ideally need to have worked within a fast paced, matrix structured environment where you have managed multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously. The ability to follow a marketing strategy is important and you will need to be happy rolling your sleeves up and getting stuck into the day to day whilst simultaneously managing a small internal team. Budgetary awareness, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills are also required.
Note that a full driving licence and a flexible approach is required for this role as you will be spending some of your time travelling to, and working at, different sites within the region.
