About the Role

We have exciting growth plans and are looking for a marketing manager to be a major part of our future. We need the kind of person who takes ideas and drives progress to deliver, project managing across the business and externally to ensure our marketing maximises our reach to clients and beyond.

The position will be responsible for helping develop and delivering our marketing strategy, in line with the company’s objectives. This would suit either an experienced Marketing professional or a consultant who knows the industry we operate in.

Experience working across the entire business to bring ideas to life that are raised and broadcast across all of our channels. This includes working with external parties to drive our campaigns and give them real impact.

RedCompass is a fast moving consultancy, especially our in-house fintech tool development. The high pace of change and innovation means it is crucial the right candidate can work in an agile manner and keep up to speed with changes in the market as well as within RedCompass itself.


  • Agile development and execution of marketing strategy and plan for the company in line with company objectives
  • Develop campaigns and vision from our UVPs across the practices working with RedCompass management and external marketing consultants
  • Develop & maintain the company’s external campaigning and communications, including social media. Ensure our consultants are engaged and linked to our pages or feeds. This includes working with SMEs internally and externally to give our activity impact and material that is interesting and engaging to the market
  • Maintain effective internal communications to ensure that all relevant company functions are kept informed of marketing activity. This include manage the delivery and development of our weekly and one off internal RedCompass newsletter
  • Working closely with business development and practices in planning, designing and managing our pitch-books and campaigns across clients and industries
  • Develop and manage the event strategy across our clients and industries. Ensure that appropriate planning and resource is secured to deliver to timelines set
  • Work across the business to manage creation and publication of a wide range of marketing materials, including online & print
  • Ensure brand management and corporate identity is consistent across all our assets and campaign activity  
  • Manage the hosting and content of our website via 3rd consultancy


If you are interested in this role, you need to be either a consultant or an established marketing manager, ideally within technology, consultancy or financial services.

More specifically,

  • At least 5 years in a consulting or fintech role ideally with an exposure to financial services
  • Ability to work autonomously and run individual projects
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, including communication both verbally and in written form
  • Experience project management skills, potentially across cross channel marketing campaigns (desirable)
  • Proven experience working on bringing ideas to life and promoting content in a previous role
