About the Role
We have exciting growth plans and are looking for a marketing manager to be a major part of our future. We need the kind of person who takes ideas and drives progress to deliver, project managing across the business and externally to ensure our marketing maximises our reach to clients and beyond.
The position will be responsible for helping develop and delivering our marketing strategy, in line with the company’s objectives. This would suit either an experienced Marketing professional or a consultant who knows the industry we operate in.
Experience working across the entire business to bring ideas to life that are raised and broadcast across all of our channels. This includes working with external parties to drive our campaigns and give them real impact.
RedCompass is a fast moving consultancy, especially our in-house fintech tool development. The high pace of change and innovation means it is crucial the right candidate can work in an agile manner and keep up to speed with changes in the market as well as within RedCompass itself.
If you are interested in this role, you need to be either a consultant or an established marketing manager, ideally within technology, consultancy or financial services.
