Marketing Manager, near Banbury -
We are looking for a marketing manager with previous experience from within the financial services sector to develop and execute campaigns on a global scale. Working closely with the sales, operational and country teams, product managers and other key stakeholders, you will be tasked with shaping the marketing strategy and executing demand generation campaigns for a specific product area within the business. Whilst owning the marketing plan and working with senior management to drive ROI using all available marketing channels, it will be your job to increase brand awareness and generate enquiries for conversion by the sales team.

Key responsibilities will include developing in-country marketing plans and working with each region to implement the plan; develop messaging and campaign themes that reflect the proposition and has impact; develop both online and offline collateral to support the marketing and sales process; Support new market launches by working closely with in-country marketing managers; raise marketing awareness internally through engaging communications, campaign briefings and updates; create and update website pages for the UK and globally with relevant content; utilise direct channels such as email to drive direct enquiries; manage a budget and deliver ROI; ensure campaigns are tracked and measured; utilise both internal team and external agency support effectively.

To be considered you will need previous financial services industry experience and it would be a distinct advantage if you have prior knowledge of foreign exchange. Previous international marketing experience is ideally required and you will need to be available to travel as and when required. You will need to be able to use digital platforms such as Google Analytics, CMS and email marketing platforms.
