This is an exciting position for a Brand-led Marketing professional to join an exciting FMCG food business; working closely with the Commercial Team, the Marketing Manager will effectively implement marketing strategy.

Client Details

Our client is a growing, exciting FMCG food business offering a Premium Brand to UK and International Markets. The organisation operates in an environment that is commercial, forward-thinking, and modern.


The Marketing Manager will use their Brand-Led, Digital and Commercial Marketing experience to manage the full Marketing Mix, developing and delivering Marketing plans in line with business strategy.

The Marketing Manager will work closely with the commercial team to develop brand materials in line with overall Commercial and Brand plans. The successful candidate will work to ensure the organisation's online activity is relevant and up-to-date; ensuring Website, Content and Social Media plans are developed and executed effectively, and within budget. The Marketing Manager will build strong, productive relationships with 3rd party designers, agencies and copywriters, in order to deliver relevant content. Furthermore, the successful candidate will ensure all Social Media activity is hitting relevant audiences through the use of data insight.

In addition, the Marketing Manager will build a productive relationship with the existing Brand Agency, working together to fulfil Packaging requirements in order to continue to engage Customers and Consumers effectively.

The successful candidate will work effectively in a team-led, high trust environment that delivers high performance.

This role is office based at the Bristol Head Office, but with some flexibility for home working if required.


The successful candidate will:

  • Have a proven track record in B2C Brand Marketing
  • Have a recent FMCG track record - essential
  • Have demonstrable, well-honed Digital Marketing skills
  • Have proven Brand Management experience
  • Have demonstrable experience of delivering Brand Strategy
  • Be creative and commercial
  • Have a keen eye for detail
  • Have a track record in interpreting data insight
  • Be a strong communicator
  • Be a team player
  • Be a self-starter
  • Ideally be Degree Educated or have a Marketing Qualification
