About the Role
Reporting to the Director of Marketing, the Marketing Manager will assume a key role within our small but ambitious in-house marketing department, with responsibility for day-to-day management and performance of Minster Group's marketing and communications team.
You will be accountable for shaping and delivering our overall marketing plan, supporting and leading the marketing executives to drive multi-channel campaigns, content and communications plans, covering both internal and external audiences.
Joining our business at a time of significant expansion, this is a demanding and hands-on role, with the successful candidate expected to pro-actively participate in the execution of our marketing activity, making a significant contribution to the ongoing growth and business goals here at Minster.
