About the Role

Reporting to the Director of Marketing, the Marketing Manager will assume a key role within our small but ambitious in-house marketing department, with responsibility for day-to-day management and performance of Minster Group's marketing and communications team.

You will be accountable for shaping and delivering our overall marketing plan, supporting and leading the marketing executives to drive multi-channel campaigns, content and communications plans, covering both internal and external audiences.

Joining our business at a time of significant expansion, this is a demanding and hands-on role, with the successful candidate expected to pro-actively participate in the execution of our marketing activity, making a significant contribution to the ongoing growth and business goals here at Minster.

Your main duties will include:

  • Development and execution of integrated marketing and communication plans
  • Support in evolving and executing our corporate and commercial propositions across all channels
  • Lead the development and execution of our content marketing strategy
  • Day-to-day management of the marketing team
  • Departmental reporting against KPIs, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement
  • Manage all activity within agreed budgets
  • Support the production of tenders for new business deals.
  • Develop and maintain trusted relationships with key stakeholders in all business areas

About You

  • A generalist marketer with a minimum of 5 years B2B marketing experience
  • Relevant degree and/or CIM qualification.
  • People management experience, gained through direct reporting line responsibility
  • Exceptional organisation skills and ability to balance operational execution with strategic planning
  • A demonstrable background in
  • A strong communicator with well-developed stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to adapt to rapidly evolving priorities and sustain a high level of energy & focus
  • Experience of working with content management systems, for example WordPress.
  • Capacity and courage to challenge the status quo
  • Ability to analyse performance data from a variety of sources and translate into meaningful insight
  • Strong budget management capability
  • Previous experience in both B2B and B2C proposition development
