We are seeking a smart, creative, and data-driven Marketing Manager with expertise in digital lead generation, lead nurture, and virtual events. The ideal candidate is a high-performing marketer who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys testing and scaling within digital marketing channels and virtual events. You should be comfortable with a broad range of responsibilities, developing and executing campaigns end-to-end including identifying target segments, developing content, establishing tracking mechanisms, and reporting and iterating on results.

The ideal candidate has a track record of success in driving innovation, with extensive hands-on experience organizing events and driving cross-functional campaigns with a dynamic network of stakeholders. Key responsibilities:
· Champion a virtual events program from ideation to execution, drive customer acquisition and engagement, and launch customer experience improvements.
· Develop detailed campaign project plans, including campaign goals, messaging, calls to action, segmentation strategy, marketing distribution channels, and campaign schedule
· Work with local stakeholders to identify target audiences, develop best-in-class, on-brand content, and deliver unique attendee experiences
· Create and maintain scalable, repeatable methods of measurement and performance tracking for campaigns
· Own key inputs for a lead scoring model, including developing lead nurture tracks to qualify leads and optimise the funnel

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

· Bachelor's in business, marketing, or other relevant areas
· 5 years+ work experience in digital marketing, event management, or program management
· Excellent at hands-on and metric-driven tasks
· Experience with digital marketing tools (e.g., AEM, Adobe Creative Suite, Pardot)
· High energy while working with ambiguity and against tight deadlines
· High attention to detail including precise and effective customer communications

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

· Proficient with WebEx or similar
· Experience in B2B marketing, high-tech products/services
· 2+ years running online events or educational programs
· 1+ years hands-on experience with webinar / webcast and virtual event technology and tools
