This company are on the lookout for a Marketing Manager to join our property development, lettings and estates company based in Altrincham, Greater Manchester.

This is an excellent opportunity for a current Assistant Marketing Manager or Marketing Executive to take the next step up their career ladder.

The ideal candidate will be excited by efficiency, creativity, and analytics, and must also have excellent project management and timekeeping skills.

Reporting to the Head of Marketing, the Marketing Manager will work closely with the Marketing Assistant and Graphic Designer to drive new customer acquisitions, customer retention and brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities of the Marketing Manager:
- Manage the marketing team, ensuring all work is delivered on time, to brief and within budget
- Manage and actively contribute to the development of all marketing across the business
- Prepare weekly/monthly/annual reports on marketing performance to the Head of Marketing
- Research and analyse market competitors and trends
- Generate new marketing ideas
- Manage and report on the success of marketing campaigns
- Increase brand awareness and client retention
- Management of website, PPC, SEO and email marketing
- Management of customer communications strategy
- Management of social media accounts
- Management of building signage and internal refurbishments
- Adhere to brand guidelines ensuring brand consistency

Experience:
- Over 3 years marketing experience
- Experience within the property industry is preferred but not essential
- Experience with managing staff
- Experience using Wordpress or other CMS
- Experience with digital marketing including SEO, CRO and PPC
- Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud including InDesign and Illustrator
- Knowledge of HTML
- Excellent understanding of social media
