DESCRIPTION

Please note that this is a 12 month fixed term contract role.

As a Marketing Manager on the Amazon Business Payments Marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies for our payment products. You will bring your proven creative, analytical and project management capabilities to imagine, plan, implement and optimize compelling campaigns that drive customer acquisition. The Marketing Manager will be accountable for overall content strategy and creation, with a programmatic approach to serve the dynamic content needs. This person will also work internally in a cross-functional manner, collaborating with teams across Business Payments, Amazon Business Marketing, and other internal stakeholders to identify the content our audience needs and turning it into scalable marketing programs through suitable channels. Lastly, this person will own testing and measurement, optimizing for what drives engagement and reporting the impact of the content marketing on the business growth.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
· Collaborate with business payment partners to understand payment products and the customer experience when applying, activating and using the payment products
· Develop and execute high-impact campaigns that inspire consumers and drive activation and customer engagement for payment methods including campaign goals, customer value prop/messaging, channels, promotional mix, and campaign measurement.
· Use data and insights to develop a deep understanding of the drivers of customer purchase behaviour (acquisition), customer activation (engagement) and usage (retention) and translate those insights into innovative customer campaigns and promotions.
· Develop rigorous testing programs to analyze campaign effectiveness across multiple dimensions (e.g. audience segment, channel, etc.) and continually testing, analyzing and optimizing tactics to maximize ROI.
· Establish the KPIs for content performance tracking. Report on these and key launch success metrics weekly.
· Work with other global stakeholders to develop strategies to grow touchpoints and improve content creation efficiency to achieve team goals.
· Be able to move quickly to adapt our business operations to keep pace with industry changes
· Self-starter, with the ability to take initiative to understand and solve problems

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

·Relevant work experience in marketing
· Experience managing and measuring content marketing
· Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or other related field or equivalent experience
· Second language preferred: Spanish, Italian, German, French.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

· Experience developing content marketing programs for a large brand or business
· Strong analytic and quantitative skills – ability to use data to develop and measure marketing programs
· Advanced level Excel skills
· Ability to write simple queries on SQL
