Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking a talented, self-directed field marketing expert to generate awareness and adoption of AWS video solutions across the EMEA region. This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in an exciting, transformative business as video workflows shift to the cloud. This role is based in the Reading or London (UK) office, and reports into the Head of EMEA Media Marketing (based in the UK).

As the EMEA Marketing Manager for the Media & Entertainment industry for, you will be responsible for implementing AWS EMEA marketing strategy, planning, campaign development and execution targeted to media and entertainment prospects and customers across all of the region. These include content owners, broadcasters, publishers, payTV, OTT service providers and enterprise video users. This key role will be responsible for developing and driving regional marketing programs, digital marketing and events that engage customers and partners, and build results. You will be expected to develop and nurture close relationships with EMEA account managers and the channel partner marketing manager. The successful candidate will be a tenacious self-starter, passionate to own marketing programs from inception to measurement.

As a highly structured, detail-oriented individual, you will bring measurable impact to the generated awareness, demand and help accelerate opportunities in your market. Your inquisitive nature and passion to learn will enable you to dive deep when needed and share practices and insights with teams across EMEA and the United States.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

Basic qualifications
· Minimum of 5-7 years’ experience in a high-tech B2B demand generation or field marketing role.
· Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business or comparable education/experience.
· Proven track record of creating and executing integrated marketing campaigns using tactics that include live events, webinars, digital advertising, and social networking.
· Experience building, launching, and reporting on campaigns using Marketo and Salesforce.com.
· Track record of developing and managing multiple marketing programs simultaneously.
· Strong understanding of how to use inbound marketing and content marketing to generate more qualified leads.
· Knowledge of the B2B purchase process and how to identify opportunities to create demand and help accelerate opportunities.
· Familiarity with the technology sales cycle and how to employ marketing communication strategies to nurture leads, drive adoption and accelerate growth.
· Experience with targeting and segmentation and list acquisition to build prospect lists for demand generation campaigns
· Ability to develop effective marketing assets (product videos, web content) within tight deadlines and always on budget.
· Willingness to travel when required, and ability to work independently and autonomously.
· Fluency in English. Superior oral and written communication skills with an innate attention to detail.
