Amazon is looking for a Marketing Manager to deliver customer engagement campaigns across multiple marketing channels. We’re looking for someone who is highly analytical, thrives on diving deep into data and is results-driven. A successful candidate will look at customer data, develop and execute campaigns to engage our customers.

Our Marketing Manager for customer engagement will use data to create cohorts and generate campaigns that are personalised and relevant. They will measure every campaign delivered and constantly seek to improve performance through optimisation, testing, data quality, messaging & creative and targeting. This role is accountable for the full end to end programme – setting the strategy, data and targeting, offers, campaign development and set up, including communications messages and creative and measurement/analysis. All of this using Amazon’s suite of tools.

In this role you will:

- own and lead customer engagement so have strong programme management skills
- work independently under time constraints to deliver results
- manage multiple stakeholders, dependencies and timelines across many teams
- invent new mechanisms to make processes quicker and more efficient

Key Responsibilities:

- Use SQL to manage data (segmentation, targeting and analysis)
- Develop and execute customer campaigns using Amazon campaign tools
- Work with Customer Insight Manager, Senior Marketing Manager (Acquisition and Engagement) and Finance leads to define priority segments and cohorts
- Analyse and measure campaigns and adjust to improve performance
- Contribute to Weekly Business Review with full understanding and interpretation of campaigns on business performance

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

· Strong excel skills
· SQL
· Be self-driven, and show ability to deliver on ambiguous projects with incomplete data
· Experience of designing and implementing new processes and customer programmes
· Experience in using CRM tools (any will do, just a demonstration of ability to pick up new tools)

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

· Knowledge of HTML and website content management systems
