The ETP MarComms Director is responsible for developing a marketing strategy and plan to support differentiation, growth and client engagement on Emerging Technologies across the UK SBU (Strategic Business Unit). You will deliver integrated and sustainable marketing campaigns to raise brand visibility, differentiate the UK form from competitors, support on-going client conversations and engagement and generate pipeline, according to business objectives.

The ETP MarComms Director works closely with the UK Marketing Business Partners (MBPs), the rest of the UK SBU MarComms team, and the Global Marketing team on activities that support awareness building, drive pipeline and overall business growth.

The ETP MarComms Director will report to SBU Marketing Business Partner I VP, and will have shared support provided by a Marketing Consultant, but will not have direct line management responsibilities.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIESManaging marketing campaign activities for the ETP; covering content development and multiple tactics such as events, digital, social media, sales support activities, client based marketing, deal based marketing and internal engagement.

Work with the UK SBU Marketing Business Partners to monitor the full schedule of upcoming VIPs meetings in the UK SBU, providing relevant ETP content and support to their preparation as required. This support should focus on ensuring that VIPs meetings are provided the best possible content, and meet the firms standards.

Support emerging technology practice pipeline review and management meetings, expressly providing knowledge sharing support for that component of the meetings, in collaboration with the UK SBU Marketing Business Partners, Best of the firms Team and other Marketing COEs.

Provide strategic marketing guidance and support to GTO in respect of their Next Generation offerings.

Work with the rest of the Global Marketing and UK MarComms teams to inform, utilise and collaborate on best practice and shared activities Contribute to global Case Studies, Best of the firms Innovation, and other information sharing processes. Identify local innovations around ETP offerings and share them with other SBU marketing business partner peers, the UK SBU and the broader Global Marketing and IP community, in collaboration with the Best of the firms program.

Import and localise global Emerging Technology Practice innovations identified by marketing business partner peers, other Global Marketing and IP teams, in collaboration with the Best of the firms program

CORE COMPETENCIESOver 10 years marketing experience, ideally technology focused

Marketing qualification, such CIM

Track record of managing and delivering marketing campaigns

Excellent communicator with good verbal and written skills

Creative and strategic thinker with an innovative mind and a `can do attitude able to roll up sleeves and deliver results

Ability to manage multiple initiatives across a complex business and within this context maintain relationships across all levels of the organisation and manage multiple stakeholders
