An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Marketing Manager to join a leading UK firm of accountants and business advisers.
Managing a team of five, the successful candidate will enjoy a broad and firmwide marketing role. You will work in a team of capable, passionate and motivated marketing and BD individuals within a dynamic practice development team and will be tasked with developing and implementing a firm wide marketing strategy which aligns with both the PD strategy and the firm's vision. You will support in the development, implementation and delivery of firmwide marketing campaigns agreeing with relevant stakeholders an effective programme and project timeline which supports successful delivery and also support the delivery of an effective digital strategy, including a website which generates marketing qualified leads for the BD and sales teams. The Marketing Manager will be responsible the creation of compelling collateral across the firm and will be expected to drive the continuous improvement of both existing and new marketing software. Acting as a marketing sounding board for partners and the practice development team, the role holder will also advise on lead generation activities, assist in developing new service lines, sectors and products, taking a brief and advising on the marketing approach, and provide support on large and significant pitches and proposals as required.
This highly sort after role would be suitable for someone of graduate calibre with a similar marketing experience in another professional services firm, in particular an accountancy firm, to include proven experience across the full marketing mix and a good understanding of digital marketing. Strong team management experience and excellent stakeholder management skills will also be crucial in being successful in this Marketing Manager role.
