Our client is a leading provider of software, ratings, consultancy and other services to the UK financial services industry, and are a fast growing and successful brand. They are based in Haddenham (near Aylesbury) and are a great place to work with some great Glassdoor reviews!

The Role & Previous Experience Required:

They currently have an opportunity available to join their team from September 2020 for around 12 months, covering maternity leave for one of their Marketing Managers.

In this critical role, you'll take responsibility for marketing and communications for a range of solutions focused on the wealth management, funds management and financial advice sectors. You'll work with the Head of Marketing on the value proposition, annual marketing plan and sales collateral to promote their software and other services. You'll then work closely with colleagues and external agencies to deliver your plans on time and to budget.

To work effectively within our clients culture, you'll need to be collaborative, results-oriented and passionate. You'll also need to be adaptable, resourceful and pragmatic - able to work well in an agile, responsive environment.

Required experience and skills:

The successful candidate will need to have a proven track record of:

• product/proposition marketing and communications within a B2B environment;
• planning and delivering integrated multi-channel campaigns to produce significant business results
• using email marketing for lead generation, nurturing and database growth
• working with CRM, CMS and EPS systems, plus Google Analytics


Requiredindustry experience and knowledge:

The marketing team need expert knowledge of the UK financial services industry. So our client are looking for someone who already has a good understanding of what financial advisers do, how the financial advice process works and how advisers interact with product providers and fund managers.

The Package:

This role could be performed full time, but our client are also happy to talk flexible working. They ideally want someone to work five days per week, but could accommodate reduced hours on those days (between 5 and 7.5 hours per day). They have also always supported people to work from home for part of their week if they want to - not just during a lockdown!

Our client are offering a salary of £30k - £40k, very much dependent upon the skills, knowledge and experience you can bring to the role.
