With a high growth three- year strategy agreed, we are now looking to recruit an equally ambitious Brand Manager to drive the growth of the Brand.

The role & you:
Working as part of our engaging and dynamic team, you will be managing the development of the Brand and the marketing function on a day-to-day basis with responsibility for ensuring all aspects of our marketing are aligned. You will be quick and eager to learn about us and keen to progress within a growing business.
This is a fantastic opportunity for you to showcase your brand management skills, including the opportunity to play a lead role alongside Operations in the project management of all new product development. Although we have been around for over 12 years, we retain a strong challenger brand mentality and your ability to create a brand strategy and take it forward will be key.
If you have the following attributes and are looking for the next step up, we want to hear from you:
+ Previous brand management experience gained in FMCG
+ A deep understanding of marketing principles and experience of the full marketing mix
+ A natural engagement with both The One’s vision and our values (relentlessly enthusiastic, genuine & inspiring)
+ Degree level intellect and you may have obtained or be working towards a professional CIM qualification
+ Minimum two years’ experience as a Brand Marketing Manager ideally in a B2C (& to a lesser extent B2B) environment
+ Inspirational communication skills, together with excellent presentation skills
+ Strong commercial acumen
