Why this role matters

I own discreet pieces of work within a specific field of responsibility. I design and improve working processes. I work with a group of people and maintains relationships. I may manage and develop an operational team. I produce, own and keep updated, the 18 month rolling Enterprise wide proposition marketing plan, associated customer and sales communications, and customer and sales events/training. I will work with the wider team to ensure these plans align with the wider Enterprise marketing and communications plans

What you'll be doing

• Works across the team to develop GTM marketing plans across the Enterprise organisation.
• Owns and delivers an overall Enterprise GTM plan in line with our strategic, customer, commercial and proposition plans.
• I identify areas for optimisation, removal of duplication, clashes, or any other factors which would inhibit the success of our customer facing commercial activity.
• Monitors day to day projects and activities with suppliers, agencies and internal teams to ensure successful execution of major marketing programmes.
• Gathers and acts on channel and customer insights, and develops and assists with the execution of GTM plans across the teams.

• Excellent organisational and planning skills
• Ability to provide excellent written material which is clear, concise and compelling
• Be customer driven
• Good creative skills and an innovative thinker, keen to propose and enhance communication practices
• The ability to work on projects, under pressure and to deadlines
• Good attention to detail and accuracy
• Self-motivated, articulate and ‘can-do’ attitude
• Able to create and implement effective communication channels/techniques to drive motivation and business performance within the organisation
• Ability to define targets and objectives

MANDATORY
• Previous experience working in a marketing role – preferably working in B2B marketing
• Experience in supporting & partnering a high performing sales teams
• Experience of managing and influencing internal and external stakeholders
• Experience of working in a commercial, fast moving environment

PREFERRED
• Experience of working in the telecommunications industry
• Marketing investment management, optimisation and ROI
• Vendor and supplier management
