Becoming a Marketing Manager with Capita People Solutions:

Capita People Solutions is looking for a talented and driven Marketing Manager to deliver the HR Solutions marketing plan. Working with a team of specialists in design, content and campaigns you’ll be responsible for taking our messages around HR outsourcing and consulting to market and demonstrating ROI through marketing reporting to the business

What you will do:

*

Develop marketing plans for HR audiences for our HR Consulting and Outsourcing businesses.

*

Deliver digital campaigns across social, email and web.

*

Work with internal subject matter experts to source newsworthy and relevant content for whitepapers, articles, nurture emails and blogs.

*

Work closely with practice and sales heads on strategic marketing plans for the year.

*

Manage a campaign plan and report to the business on KPIs.

*

Suggest and deliver a programme of face-to-face events for clients and prospects.

*

Work closely with sales to optimise the conversion of leads from MQL to SQL status.

*

Develops strong working relationships with practice area leadership teams, key stakeholders and colleagues within the marketing team.

*

Project manage the creation of marketing collateral including brochures, thought leadership content, case studies and sales support materials.

*

Plan and oversee execution of all events and webinars.

*

Develop award submissions on behalf of practice areas.

Your experience will include:

*

University degree or equivalent.

*

Postgraduate marketing qualification.

*

At least three years’ B2B marketing experience, preferably in an HR-related business.

*

Experience building and deploying campaigns via Salesforce and Pardot.

*

Experience of delivering impact and achieving results.

*

Excellent copywriting and communication skills.

*

Strong knowledge digital marketing techniques.

*

Ability to work autonomously from a brief.

*

Brilliant attention to detail and project management skills
