This is a great opportunity for an experienced Marketing Manager to join an agile and progressive international law firm to support the delivery of a credible international proposition to all the firm's audiences. Initially the role could be on a 3-4 day week but is expected to become full time.
Reporting day to day to the Head of Insurance - BD & Marketing, the Marketing Manager will work with key stakeholders in the UK and internationally to develop and test the international insurance proposition with the firm's audiences across all regions and build a fully branded collateral suite for those regions. The successful candidate will plan and manage a marketing and communications programme leveraging UK activities and expertise as well as developing regional and country specific ones and work with the central comms team to produce internal communications to ensure UK colleagues are aware of capabilities, personalities and successes in the firm's international offices. You will need to evolve the content, format and calls to action for the web pages for the firm's international insurance capabilities and identify and advise fee earners on the best use social media to build their profile and connections. The role holder will also be responsible co-ordinating the preparation of submissions for Global Directories and international publications, supporting the organisation of international events, ensuring content and marketing materials are fit for purpose, and create an effective, marketing on-boarding programme for new international offices.
The chosen candidate will have a good academic background and proven experience in a senior marketing role to include leading on a marcomms programme. This experience should have must have been gained in an international business environment in either the insurance industry or a legal services firm. A self-motivated professional who can hit the ground running and who possesses outstanding communication skills, it is essential you are highly credible with the ability to influence, challenge and coach colleagues. A business level proficiency in Spanish is also prerequisite.
