This company is looking to recruit a Marketing & Office Administration Assistant to provide administrative support to the marketing department working across all UK brands.
- Assist in the day to day running of all marketing activities across digital and traditional channels - Collate starter packs and samples for the sales team - Literature distribution & stock management - Manage all Marketing equipment including tracking and storage - Contractor training pack distribution and CPD management - Manage merchandise (ordering and keeping stock) - Be responsible for ensuring all marketing areas are organized and tidy - Supply materials such as brand logos, images, data sheets as requested. - Support Digital Content Executive with website updates and email marketing. - Uploading Social Media content provided by Digital Content Executive - Researching for industry news and scanning through social media conversations for our brands. - Magazine distribution and recording of coverage by scanning it - Handling incoming and outgoing post/invoices etc - Stationery orders - Whereabouts - Book travel and meeting rooms - Support the organisation and running of exhibition stands
- Possess excellent communication skills and telephone manner - Be articulate, diplomatic, self-confident and assertive - Have excellent organisational skills, ability to prioritise, multi-task and work to tight deadlines - Have good judgement and proven ability to act on own initiative - Be Flexible and willing to take on any tasks to support the marketing team - Have good working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite particularly in the use of Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint - Full driving license holder and be willing to drive company cars
