Marketing Operations Manager

£40,000- £60,000 + excellent benefits

Better Placed are working with a well established company that are a household name and one of the UK leaders in their market. A number of brand new positions have been created in the marketing team, with the Marketing Operations Manager being one of the most integral hires for the team. You would be responsible for monitoring and advising how marketing resources and budget are being utilised in order to optimise marketing effectiveness.

Key responsibilities:

  • Refine the optimal KPIs which enable effectiveness and efficiency of marketing activities to be best understood.
  • Undertake analysis of the return on marketing investment across multiple business areas.
  • Make recommendations to the marketing planning team to optimise the operational marketing plan, ensuring the most effective deployment of budget and resource.
  • Manage the marketing technology strategy.

Key requirements:

  • Marketing experience with a degree or post graduate qualification.
  • An expert understanding of analytical principals and techniques associated with marketing measurement.
  • A good understanding of the latest marketing and technology trends.
