About the role:
Our Client has a fantastic opportunity for a savvy and strategic Marketing and PR Manager to join them in their ambition to win hearts and minds to solve poverty in the UK.

They need to be smart and effective in their communications with stakeholders. They will be engaging with the public and other audiences in a way they have never done before, so they are after an imaginative marketeer with creative PR skills to ensure they are communicating to the right people in the right way.
Using the best stakeholder insight, this role will be responsible for implementing and delivering an integrated digital-first marketing strategy for our Client across a range of platforms, as well as providing strategic advice on marketing their products and services to key stakeholders. The successful candidate will drive the organisation’s approach to analytics and automation, whilst supporting their digital transformation and brand work, and managing the communication of our client’s corporate change programme.
They are looking for someone with huge enthusiasm for what they do, who can engage in their mission and purpose. With a good understanding of the context that they’re working in, you will be experienced in using data and insight to design successful marketing and PR strategies.
You will be familiar with managing high-profile national marketing and PR campaigns aimed at public, business and policy audiences. You will be able to demonstrate excellent creative writing and project management skills.
Good leadership skills are important, as is having exceptional communication skills and the ability to network and build relationships. Above all, you will be determined to change public thinking and attitudes on poverty in the UK.
