Job Description: Amazon Web Services (AWS) is a highly reliable, scalable, low-cost infrastructure platform in the cloud that powers hundreds of thousands of enterprise, government and start-up business and organizations globally.

We're looking for a hands-on and motivated self-starter who's passionate to build and lead the Marketing Response Center (MRC) team for the UKIR Region based in London.

MRC is an important customer engagement arm in the Marketing organization. Our mission is to learn from customers, understand their needs, and educate them about the benefits of AWS and all the services we offer, in order to help them embark on their cloud journey quickly and easily. It is a critical function within the lead and demand generation process, with the objective to profile, nurture, and qualify marketing leads generated from various marketing events, campaigns, and activities.

In this role, you will be fully responsible for leading this team of young talents in executing leads follow up and marketing campaigns to improve and complete AWS database, collect customer cloud interests, and promote a variety of AWS marketing and related product services through diverse marketing channels. You will work closely with field marketing, regional sales management and/or global campaign teams to identify campaign opportunity and messaging to effectively target key industries, use cases or target customers to help improve the leads to opportunity conversion. You will also work closely with marketing operations to collate campaign data and ensuring leads are captured and routed to the sales team for prompt follow-up.

Roles & Responsibilities:
· Be a business partner and work closely with sales and marketing stakeholders to achieve business goals.
· Provide regular reporting on MRC performance and metrics to stakeholders, and dive deep into operational data to improve operational excellence, better customer experience and achieve business outcomes.
· Leverage and/or build various learning strategies and facilitate the delivery of training from Subject Matter Experts, to the MRC team including e-learning, self-paced, instructor-led techniques, and certification programs.
· Coaching and Mentoring - Ensure each MRC Rep attain development milestone and acquired the necessary skills competencies. Chart out the long term path for the MRC Rep to become a marketer or sales executive/rep/account manager.
· Be part of a team to lead global cross-functional MRC projects to drive operational excellence and better customer experience.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

Basic Qualifications:
· 4-8+ years of technology related marketing, sales, business development or proven experience in project management in sales / marketing environment.
· Proficiency with Salesforce.com CRM application with data analysis skill.
· Experience working in a fast-paced and highly cross-functional organization.
· Experience working in lead/demand generation function.
· Experience hiring, coaching and leading a team for at least 3 years or more. Managing virtual teams in addition would be a plus.
· Proven success managing time and juggling multiple projects in a high growth environment where priorities shift fast.
· Excellent written and oral communication.
· Strategic thinker that can see the big picture, strive for ongoing improvement and thrive in a hyper-growth, dynamic environment with a high degree of innovation.

· Experience working with Senior stakeholders
· Knowledge of Marketing Strategies and Tactics
