The role: Reporting into the Head of Growth, you will sit in a team of 6 marketers and a wider team of 80 across the business. Your primary objective will be to increase brand awareness and drive leads across the business in the UK. This will initially involve optimisation and management of the website and app to acquire new clients and allow them to engage and educate their patients. You will be responsible for UX, analysing and optimising interaction on the site and driving traffic. Then developing strategic insights, analysing and reporting on behaviour trends, competitor analysis, market insight and effectiveness of the platform. This is a creative role, but the successful candidate will need to be incredibly commercial and number driven.

Key responsibilities for the successful Marketing Specialist:

  • Create and manage lead generation campaigns
  • Collect and analyse campaign data, providing insights to senior management and optimising campaigns
  • Work extensively on the website, optimising user journey and increasing site registrations
  • End-End digital campaign management, SEO and PPC campaigns

To be considered for the role of Marketing Specialist, you must have:

  • 2 years or more lead generation marketing experience
  • Experienced within end-end campaign management, SEO and PPC campaigns
  • Experience working in a start-up, ideally MedTech
  • An ambitious, hardworking, go-getter, you will drive yourself forward and lead on marketing
  • Preferably have wordpress, SQL, HTML/CSS and Python - or similar

The package:

  • £42,000-£55,000 basic salary, dependant on experience
  • 25 days holiday
