This is a great opportunity for a Marketing Systems Executive to join the busy Marketing department of one of the UK's top 20 accountancy firms.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is highly organised and efficient to co-ordinate marketing activity through the team's most important tool, the database. The Marketing Systems Executive will be responsible for the on-going cleansing, maintenance and development of the firm's database. This will include creating and producing direct marketing lists; feeding back changes following any direct marketing campaigns to the relevant individuals; co-ordinating the on-going data cleanse project and recommending and implementing actions required to ensure data is kept up to date; adding new contacts who come in via the website; training new administration team starters in the use of the marketing database; ensuring all database supporting documentation is clear and concise and appropriate for each audience; ensuring all actions are compliant and consistent with the firm's approach to GDPR; and developing and improving the quality of data and marketing intelligence provided to improve decision making.
The ideal candidate will have relevant marketing experience in an accountancy, legal or professional services firm to include experience with CRM systems and intelligence gathering and exposure to databases and database maintenance. A commercially aware team player, the Marketing Systems Executive will be a confident people person and communicator with proven organisational and research skills.
