This is a fantastic opportunity to join a leading global legal firm as a Marketing Technology Manager. The role holder will be responsible for supporting the firm's Marketing Technology initiatives in collaboration with global BD & Marketing and business stakeholders.
Whilst the role is based in London, the Marketing Technology Manager will lead a team of two in the firm's Tampa office and work closely with the Marketing Technology team in Manila. Acting as a champion of the Marketing Technology management suite of products and services and managing relationships with internal stakeholders, vendors and consultants, the successful candidate will identify and lead projects to drive improvements to achieve best in class solutions. It will be your responsibility to optimise investments across the firm's CRM, Marketing Resource Management and Email Marketing tools. You will contribute to specific activities such as establishing and innovating processes, coordination of daily deliverables, individual employee assessments and other company-sponsored activities.
For this particular role, it is essential that candidates are degree educated, with a strong track record in marketing technology gained in a large law firm or professional services setting and possess a deep knowledge of content management, CRM, experience management and analytics platforms. Flexible, committed and enthusiastic, the Marketing Technology Manager will possess excellent communication, influencing and negotiating skills and have a proven track record of managing others and working in cross-functional teams.
