We have a fantastic opportunity for a full time Occupational Health Clinical
Team Leader to be based in the South East of England where you will join our expanding multidisciplinary team across the UK. You will be working and leading a supportive and experienced team of remote and
on-site Occupational Health professionals.
Working alongside our existing management team, you will play a lead
role in service delivery with line management responsibilities. In addition,
you will be responsible for clinical support, coaching and guidance for our
onsite service and health surveillance team.

Health setting, you will provide both clinical and operational management
support to our team. This role is location independent and will offer a mixed
role of home working, onsite client delivery and regular travel to support our
UK wider team including our Glasgow & Eastbourne offices.
The team has a wide range of clinicians and specialists on board, such
as Occupational Health Practitioners, and with the ability of cross functional
working we provide an end to end patient supported experience that optimises
the value that OHAs can offer.
You will be working for a company that values clinicians and supports on-going
development through CPD, and offers a supportive working culture with a focus
on flexibility and work/life balance.
You will be a qualified Registered nurse with either a diploma or degree
in Occupational Health
Case management and health surveillance experience is essential, with proven
ability to conduct face to face and telephone based assessments. Previous line
management experience is also crucial to be successful in this role.
The ideal candidate must be flexible, resilient and comfortable with
change with proven evidence of these key behaviours in previous roles and
experience. A willingness to go above and beyond for our clients and our team
is essential to succeed in this role. It
would also be advantageous to have experience within a commercial OH
environment, however this is not essential.
