Online Campaign Manager - DMP

Why this role matters
We are looking for an individual to drive innovations in audience management and targeting (Adobe Audience Manager is the DMP of choice) for our marketing focused teams. Working with a team of campaign managers across multiple channels, the role will use data to drive marketing and digital advertising vision and innovation. You'll be working with digital media, business capability teams and consultancies to drive the strategy to promote the BT Brand.
What you'll be doing
Use data (traits) to build segments using offline and online sources to meet key business goals
Create actionable use cases and solution recommendations that enable business outcomes
Evaluate, build destinations and implement new marketing and media focused technology solutions
Drive a compelling audience management point of view enabling clients to understand how the use of audience management systems can improve business outcomes
Use their expertise to correctly implement audience management systems ensuring that these systems match-up to client business goals and use cases
Work with marketing/Ad Sales teams to improve or enhance existing audience management systems driving increased business value and a return on investment
Create and articulate thought leadership on audience management and digital marketing trends and best practices
Develop successful client relationships through accurate and on-time project delivery
We'll also need to see these on your CV
Audience management with DMP (Preferably Adobe Audience Manager)
* Excellent communication skills
Managing and analysing online data (Preferably with Adobe Analytics)
Experience deploying site and media tags/pixels both within and outside of tag management systems
Ability to translate commercial requirements to data requirements
