What do the team do?
To be digital pioneers we need to deliver real innovation which involves fresh thinking. Our online team is no longer about a website, or an online shop. It`s so much more. It is social media, it is on the device, it is a website that knows you and understands you, it is web chat that is helpful, it is personalisation across all of these that is meaningful for the customer and makes it easy for them to get the most from their digital lives.
Working closely with our IT and Service Delivery Teams and other Business Owners across O2, this team drives change initiatives across our Voice and Online channels, to ensure our products and services remain consumer friendly and competitive.
How will you fit into this?
You will be accountable for defining and delivering digital change initiatives and outcomes that radically transform the consumer P&L through selling and serving more customers through digital channels.
You will act as the product owner (business lead) and lead the IT teams to deliver new change initiatives across online (desktop & mobile) e.g. online shop, My O2, o2.co.uk.
You will also work with the wider business to define the scope and requirement for each change initiative and act as the key point of contact for a change initiative within the online team.
What we`re looking for:
To be successful in this role you`ll have experience working within a Product Owner / Change Management environment. We`re also interested in the following skills/experience...
- Prior experience in Product Ownership, Change Management or E-Commerce ideally
- Understanding of the Online and Digital space
- Ability to translate complex information into layman’s terms

This role is a 12 month fixed term contract role based at our UK HQ in Slough.
We’re looking to pay a competitive salary (depending on experience) for this position.
