An Online Marketing Assistant is required to join a vibrant online marketing company based in Central Milton Keynes. They specialise in marketing UK gaming/gambling websites and they are on the lookout for an enthusiastic Online Marketing Assistant to join their rapidly expanding team.
You'll be working in the marketing department, reporting to the Marketing Manager. You will have a genuine passion for online marketing. You will be looking for a position where you can bring any previous experience and be looking to further develop your skills. Previous marketing experience is not required but would be an advantage. Salary will be dependent on experience.
Responsibilities: - Marketing campaign management in multiple marketing channels - Complete marketing admin duties - Monitor and analyse marketing campaigns KPI's whilst improving and maximising performance and growing marketing spend - Work with the marketing team and internal departments to deliver the company targets - Keep up to date with new developments in the industry, latest research and competitor activity - Brief in new creative ideas and work with our in-house design, content and development teams to deliver them - Attend industry events
- Well organised, with strong attention to detail - Strong analytical skills - Great communication skills (written and verbal) - Good negotiation skills - Self-starter and team player. Ability to work individually and within a team (marketing team and other departments) - A drive to succeed and complete marketing campaigns within budget, on time and to the highest quality - A good working knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel - Must have the ability to solve problems - Must be a creative thinker
